Emergency roof repair in Fayetteville, any hour, any storm
An oak limb through the deck, a slope stripped by straight-line wind, water pouring through a ceiling at 2 AM — call, and a real person answers, gets a tarp over it tonight, and comes back in daylight to fix it right.
Fayetteville is a city in a hardwood forest, which is beautiful right up until a front comes through. The January 2009 ice storm dropped 3,000 trees inside the city; the May 26, 2024 outbreak put EF-2 and EF-3 tornadoes through Benton County and left 120,000 people without power; the April 20, 2025 EF-1 through Hughmount Village put four homes out of their houses; and every summer straight-line wind off the plains strips a few slopes somewhere between the square and Bella Vista. When it happens to you, the first hour is about stopping the water, not about the roof.
That's what the emergency service is. Call any hour. We'll get a crew out, cut back what's on the roof if it's safe to, get a properly anchored tarp over the opening — not a blue sheet held down with bricks — and photograph everything before and after so your claim starts clean. Then we come back in daylight, open it up, replace the broken decking and rafters if there are any, and rebuild the roof to match. If the whole slope is gone, we write it up for your adjuster and build to the approved scope.
What's included

Limbs cut back and removed from the roof safely; we work with tree crews when a whole tree is involved.
Photos for the claim
Before and after, dated, with the storm noted — the documentation your adjuster asks for first.

Interior protection
We'll help you get plastic under the leak and tell you what to do about the ceiling before it comes down.

Questions we get about emergency roof repair
What should I do first if water is coming in?
Move what you can, put a bucket or a tarp under it, and if the ceiling is bulging, poke a small hole in the lowest point to let the water out in a controlled way instead of all at once. Then call us. Don't get on the roof in the rain or the dark.
Do you charge extra at night?
There's a call-out fee for nights, weekends and holidays because we're paying a crew to leave their beds — but it's credited toward the repair, and it's usually less than the drywall you'd lose waiting until morning.
Does insurance cover the tarp?
Almost always. Emergency mitigation — stopping further damage — is a covered expense on standard Arkansas homeowners policies, and insurers expect you to do it. Keep the invoice; we write it separately from the repair so the adjuster can apply it.
A tree is on the power line too. Who do I call?
The utility first — Ozarks Electric or SWEPCO, depending on where you are — and 911 if a line is down or arcing. Nobody should be on that roof until the line is cleared or dead. Once it's safe, call us.
Can you come during the storm?
We'll come as soon as it's safe to put a crew on a roof. In lightning, high wind or ice we may have to wait an hour or two, and we'll tell you honestly what to do in the meantime.
