How often should a roof be inspected in Northwest Arkansas?
After any storm with hail an inch or larger or wind over 60 mph, and otherwise every two or three years — annually once the roof passes fifteen. Valleys under oaks should be cleared every fall.
Will a home inspector catch roof problems?
